I Hereby Believe:

That mayonaise is what makes a sandwich.

That being kind to people is the high calling.

That people can change, but usually don't.

That faith has nothing to do with any feelings.

That Elvis is the King of Rock and Roll.

That it's not all about me (or you for that matter.)

That we are going to be surprised at some of the people in Heaven that God forgave, but we didn't.

That dogs go to Heaven. (along with your other pets)

That I believe some other things, but I'll have to come back later....

  1. I believe true happiness must start from within. It may just become contagious. Who knows what makes us happy better than ourselves.

  2. Jimmy won't even let mayonnaise in our home. He thinks it's evil. (do you buy the healthy kind at least? ;)

  3. Mayo is great! But not too much of it, just a thin layer.

  5. Healthy mayonaise? I know you are not telling me that Clyde does not like mayo because of its lack of health benefits. I just buy Helman's. Sorry. Sue, I agree about the changing. I just think we can, but most don't. Kay Lynn, so true.

  6. No, but "Clyde" likes to claim he doesn't like it because it's unhealthy. Because he's *such* a health nut! ;)

  9. I have to say that I agree with many, if not all, of your beliefs. The one that struck me most, though , was how surprised we will be at the people that God has forgiven, that we haven't. I am not so good at forgive and forget.
