Last night was one of those sleepless nights. Each of my children seems to have so much at stake. So much to ponder. It can be overwhelming a 3 o'clock in the morning. Alas.
Life is interesting. I am a firm believer at this particuliar time in my life that one should not trust words. Actions are truth. That's it. Talk is not only cheap, it appears to be free. Free for the speaker. Show me who you are by what you do. I need to do the same.
I have been reading "Sex with the Queen". My kids thought it was one of Maw Maw Kay's romance novels, but it is in fact a history book. Mostly about royal women in medieval Europe. I really like the time in history that I am born into. No arranged marriages, no lopping my head off, no being exiled, no bleeding me for healing purposes, etc. This book should get me pretty close to football season. I am pacing myself. Love to all.
